We are looking to expand our Italian Sales Team. This position is reserved to candidates belonging to special lists as per L. 68/99.

We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have good customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Keep up-to-date records of services performances, status and documentation
  • Manage sale orders’ and contracts’ official documentation and workflows
  • Periodically report client on services KPIs
  • Collect Customers’ feedbacks and commercial inquiries
  • Create new standard quotations for existing Customers
  • Support the Administrative Manager in periodic profitability review
  • Support the Sales Manager in ordinary tasks and communications

Must Have

  • the candidate must be listed in the Italian “collocamento mirato” special registry as per L. 68/99
  • very good communication and language skills (Italian CEFR C2 is required)
  • fluent in English (CEFR B1 or better)
  • professional and formal approach in communicating with Clients and Partners
  • high school diploma, equivalent or higher degree
  • autonomous user of the Google Workspace suite, and primarily of:
      Google Mail (email and chat)
      Google Documents (documents and letters, meeting minutes, layout editing and composition, etc)
      Google Sheets (data entry, most used formulas, data extraction and pivot table management)

  • aptitude towards clients management
  • readiness to work both at Siena offices and from home (smart working)
  • valid permit to work and live in Italy

Nice to have 

  • experience in sales or account management
  • past experience in any of the following industries: pharmaceutical, biotech, medical industry, oil & gas, industrial automation, quality assurance and industrial standards
  • any past experience in:
    System Engineer
    Industrial Integration Specialist (IT/OT Engineer)
    Computer System Validation Specialist
    Systems Architect (IT/OT)
    Technical Project Manager
    Process Engineer
