The double E of our Education & Events Department corresponds to the terms Efficiency and Effectiveness.
Starting from 2011 and in order to complete our offering, we at MAASI Group have transformed our specific expertise, both technical and in terms of spread and access to it, in a new Business Unit. 

Following the interdivisional path that characterizes us, the area E&E often operates to complement, or in any case with a close connection to the other three Business Units of the Group. Training is a key discipline in the companies as it is the Education within Businesses: education and training on technologies, techniques, methods and tools in general, allow companies to maximize (optimize) their return on investment, ensuring that everyone involved in the production process (at any level) are able to best use the resources on their dispodal.
We consider web search engines a banality of this era: now the major part of information that support daily work activities can be found in minutes or seconds over the internet, the ability to correctly and effectively search and classify information is vital and brings significant savings in terms of time and resources. Take, for example, the technical sheets, dictionaries, competency management systems (knowledge-bases) and not to mention the now widespread economic databases. In this perspective, training becomes more an investment, like the capital goods, being useful in optimizing the resources and achieving the purposes of today’s Businesses.

E&E therefore focuses to the experience and the skills in producing training and educational material to organize and deliver training courses, certifications and more.

E&E also deals with organizing events, exhibitions, happenings, business meetings, trade shows, conferences … in short everything that can define the forms in which information is the way of communication, where the effectiveness of the resources becomes fundamental and the technological and graphic support is – as always – provided to the other Business Units and shared with them.
